  The intent of this service is to serve as advisor to the Bride and Groom in planning their Wedding Ceremony and Reception. In the planning process, we will endeavor to help make as many decisions as possible. We will make suggestions of what vendors to use , plan a time line, plan a budget and show you ways of making the best use of your time and resources. Once the plans are made, it is the responsibility of the Bride and Groom to implement these decisions, to make all arrangements and to coordinate these with the vendors and persons involved in the wedding festivities.  The intent of this service is to eliminate confusion and possible hurt feelings between the members of the wedding party, friends and relatives and to insure things go smoothly and the way the bride and groom want. It will be our job to "Direct" the events of the wedding rehearsal and the wedding ceremony and to serve as liaison between all vendors and wedding party members.  With this service, we will serve to assist you in planning your wedding ceremony and reception. We will establish a time line with detailed directions for all members of the wedding party to follow. We will attend your wedding rehearsal and explain and direct each person through the procession into the church, the order of the ceremony and the recessional and work to insure that each person in the wedding party understands what they are supposed to do and when they are to do it.On the day of the wedding we will arrive at the church early enough to make sure the wedding party is properly dressed, make sure musicians, flowers, decorations, photographers, props, etc. are in their designated places and know exactly what to do. We will direct each step of the ceremony through to the final photography session after the wedding. For an additional fee, we will attend the reception and direct the events of presentation of the bride and groom, first dances, toasts, through the cutting of the cake.   The intent and purpose of this service is to eliminate as many pressures and time consuming demands on the Bride and Groom as possible. After a session of planning with the Bride and Groom, it would then be our responsibilities to make all the plans and arrangements with all vendors and parties associated with the wedding so that all the Bride and Groom have to worry about is just to show up at the church on time.With this service we would serve as Wedding Planner in planning the wedding, Wedding Director in directing the rehearsal and the ceremony and Co-ordinator in being responsible to make sure that everything goes as planned. We will handle any problems that may arrise so that the Bride and Groom have a stress free day and can leave all their worries to us. | ||||||
